We are operating behind closed doors again due to the current restrictions and hoping the same as you that this will be the final lockdown; the vaccine is being rolled out; lets hope we can slowly get back to meeting up with friends and family. 07 January 2021Happy new year !! I think.....hope everyone is coping with the new lockdown and restrictions now in place. Roses Florist will once again be working behind closed doors from Wednesday 13th January 2021. So please order online, or by calling 0121 366 7226 or message via Facebook or Instagram. We will be doing local deliveries only covering B42, B43 &B44 as well as Sutton, Handsworth etc but I'm afraid deliveries further a field are on hold for the time being. What a year!! Hope your all hanging in there, its been tough for everyone. We have been in and out of lockdown, we are still going thank goodness thanks to our wonderful customers...really can't thank you all enough. Macmillan Coffee Morning 2020

04 September 2020Been putting it off but I am afraid we can't hold a coffee morning for Macmillan this year, I can not see a way of making it happen so we will have to give it a miss for 2020. It is the second of our charity coffee mornings to be postponed and I am afraid Christmas Wreath Workshop will also be following suit. But we will come back, bigger and better in 2021 !!! Read More

2020 Can we cancel this year !!!

31 May 2020So we will continue trading behind closed doors for this month, at the moment we are looking at opening our doors when our neighbours in the Hair and Beauty salons can hopefully do the same. You can collect from the shop if ordered in advance and this can be done contactless. 30 April 2020Its been a weird time, we are very busy and I am grateful I can offer flowers to those who need them at this moment in time. Its strange not letting anyone into the shop, I miss not being able to have the door open..........if I do people just wander in...yes really they do and get cross when I tell them they can't come in. 21 April 2020I have today opened the webshop for funeral flowers and local deliveries only...........orders placed online without the correct delivery information will be delayed whilst we get in touch with customers. Any orders placed outside of the specified local areas may not get delivered. I can not gaurantee any particular flowers at this moment in time and flowers are being ordered a week in advance. Covid-19 Update 16.4.2020

16 April 2020From Monday 20th April 2020 I will be working behind closed doors for funeral flowers only, this is within the Government Guidelines for contactless trading and we will deliver to Funeral Directors Only during the next 3 weeks off Lockdown. If anything changes during this time I will keep you posted. We have a limited flower supply so orders need to be placed via email or phone giving us as much notice as possible, some flowers will not be available so please be patient and understanding. In line with the Government guidelines we have decided to close for a few weeks, unsure of flower supplies and also the fact they we are not classed as an essential shop we feel its the safe and responsible thing to do at the moment.
